Description
INDO GUARD is a high-performance hydrophobic polyurethane (PU) injection grout that reacts with water to form a durable closed-cell foam. The material expands up to 25 times its original volume, allowing deep penetration into cracks and cavities while creating a permanent waterproof seal.
Once cured, the foam maintains constant volume and remains unaffected by wet or dry conditions, making it ideal for long-term waterproofing and structural repair applications.

Application Method (Summary)

Inspect and clean crack area.

Drill holes at 45° angle along cracks.

Maintain 15–20 cm spacing between holes.

Install injection packers in zigzag pattern.

Connect injection coupler.

Inject PU resin starting from lower points upward.

Stop when foam appears from crack.

Remove packers after curing.

Clean machine using xylene thinner.
